Grace Tower Multiservices LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the following policy so customers understand how our services, orders, payments, and communications are handled.
By using our website, requesting a quote, approving a proof, placing an order, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Services
Grace Tower Multiservices LLC provides business services, consulting, website-related services, graphic design, printing, promotional products, signs, banners, apparel, and other services described on our website or in an individual quote. Prices, materials, production times, and delivery dates may vary by project.
Quotes and Payments
Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote. If no period is stated, a quote may be changed or withdrawn before payment or written acceptance. Website orders must use only the payment methods displayed and enabled during checkout. For certain customized or personalized projects, Zelle may be accepted only by prior arrangement and direct confirmation from the Company. Zelle must be sent only to the official information confirmed by the Company. We are not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect number, email, person, or account that was not officially confirmed by us. Payments through the website or Zelle are subject to the same cancellation and refund policies. Work may not begin until the required deposit or full payment is received.
Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for accurate names, dates, addresses, telephone numbers, spelling, artwork, and permissions. The customer must carefully review and approve the final proof. Once approved, the customer accepts responsibility for the information, layout, spelling, colors, images, and design shown in that proof.
Artificial Intelligence and Print Quality
Some designs or images may be created or assisted by artificial intelligence, stock resources, templates, or other digital tools. Screen appearance does not guarantee print quality. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we do not guarantee that customer-supplied or AI-generated materials will print without pixelation, blurriness, distortion, artifacts, inaccurate details, or loss of quality. The customer accepts these risks when approving the final proof.
Production and Color Variation
Minor variations may occur between a computer screen, digital proof, and final product because of differences in monitors, printers, materials, inks, substrates, and production methods. Exact color matching is not guaranteed unless purchased and confirmed in writing.
Christian Principles and Right to Decline Certain Work
Grace Tower Multiservices LLC is operated according to Christian principles. We respect the dignity of every person and do not discriminate against customers based on legally protected characteristics. We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or discontinue a project when the requested content, message, artwork, slogan, campaign, or purpose conflicts with our sincerely held religious and moral convictions. This may include content that, in our understanding, promotes or celebrates abortion, antisemitism, communist ideology, gender ideology, hatred, violence, sexual exploitation, or other ideas or activities inconsistent with our Christian principles. This policy concerns the content or message of a requested project—not the person requesting it. We do not judge, harass, or mistreat people who hold different beliefs; we simply reserve the right not to participate in or produce certain messages or materials. This policy is subject to applicable law.
Prohibited Uses
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, or defamatory content.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Content promoting violence, hatred, exploitation, or criminal activity.
- Materials that violate applicable laws or regulations.
Intellectual Property
Unless agreed in writing, we retain ownership of original templates, layouts, processes, concepts, and design elements. The customer retains ownership of original content supplied by the customer, subject to third-party rights. We may display completed work in a portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing before production.
Delays and Liability
Production or delivery may be delayed by incomplete information, late approvals, shipping interruptions, supplier delays, equipment problems, weather, government action, or events beyond our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law and Changes
These Terms are governed by Florida law. We may update them by posting a revised version. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means the updated Terms are accepted.
